Terms & Conditions:

Prices are for the room. Add 7% rooms tax. Additional persons in rooms are $15.00.
Pets are $30.00 non-reundable each.

Discounts for extended stays are available upon request.
Check-in is after 2:00 p.m.
Check-out is by 11:00 a.m.

Luggage storage available for early arrivals.

All Rooms have private baths, air conditioning and cable tv.

Deposit-Refund-Payment Policy:
All reservations are accepted on the following conditions:

1. A deposit equal to one night's cost must be recieved within 7 days of making reservations to confirm. For reservations of 3 days or more the deposit must equal one half of total lodging.

2. Deposit is refundable, less $10.00 service charge, if cancelled within 7 days from the arrival date.
Otherwise it is non-refundable.
3. Payment in full is required on arrival.
4. We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Cards.
5. We cannot lodge children under the age of three without arrangements made in advance.
6. Maine is a non-smoking state, thus it is illegal to smoke in the rooms. If there is any indication of smoking or damage due to smoking a $100.00 cleaning fee will be added to your bill or onto your credit card.
